My team conducted user interviews to grasp their challenges with the current product and their video viewing habits, while also analyzing user demographic data and viewing behaviors. With these insights, we proposed a solution providing users with an immersive viewing experience and effortless content discovery through an intuitive user interface. We delivered the TV app and smartphone apps to act as a remote control.
